Hey, I’m Camryn.
I am a birth doula and a licensed pharmacist, the only one serving Spokane and the surrounding areas.
That means you get everything a doula brings: steady presence, advocacy, and hands-on comfort through labor. Plus something no other doula in the area can offer, which is someone who can actually explain your medications, your induction, and every pain-relief option on the table, in plain language, right when you need it.
My Philosophy
I believe your birth is yours. My job is to amplify your voice, protect your choices, and make sure you walk into every decision informed rather than overwhelmed.
So much of birth happens in moments where you're asked to decide quickly, whether it's an induction, an epidural, or a medication you've never heard of. As a pharmacist, I can help you understand what's actually being offered, weigh it against what you want, and advocate for that with your care team. As your doula, I'll be right beside you through all of it: steady, judgment-free, and fully in your corner.

About
I came to birth work from an unusual place: the pharmacy. After earning my Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Montana in 2024, I spent my days helping people make sense of their medications and advocate for their own care.
But my passion runs deeper than the clinical. I've always loved women's health, teaching women about their own bodies and their hormonal health, and helping them feel at home in the way they work. And I know the other side of it, too. After being dismissed by the healthcare system myself, including navigating life with celiac disease and other chronic conditions, I learned firsthand how hard you sometimes have to fight to be heard about your own body. I decided no birthing person should ever have to feel that way during one of the most beautiful moments of their life.
Becoming a doula let me bring it all together: the clinical fluency to help you understand your options, the passion to make sure your voice is heard, and the presence to walk beside you while you live it out. When you're with me, you'll never feel dismissed, rushed, or alone.

Baseline price is $750 for birth doula services. Add-ons will be variable depending on the service.
